Sō-lō is chef Tim Allen’s first solo venture. Here he harnesses creativity and passion, to create an outstanding menu. Watch the culinary theatre unfold in the open kitchen, where he creates dishes that both intrigue and delight. All served with his inspired signature.

Highlighting modern British cuisine, Tim incorporates culinary influences from around the world. Marrying incredible flavours and textures, he ingeniously crafts dishes of the finest seasonal ingredients, which are both truly memorable and emotive.
Our new festive menu has been created to showcase the very best of the season. Christmas day will see us serving 5 courses, including Cornish Turbot and Butcher Farrell’s Belted Galloway Beef with black winter truffle. To complete this extra special day, we also have the memorable sõ-lõ Christmas pudding served flamed at your table.

- Boxing Day – 10.30pm to 3.00pm with a Brunch Menu
- Friday 29 – Lunch 12-2pm, Dinner 6pm to 9pm

- New Years Eve – Lunch 12pm to 4pm with our usual Sunday Lunch Menu
