Current Positions

Restaurant Manager

Four working days, Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner service. Sunday lunch service, early evening finish. Annual closure: 10 days in Summer, 10 days in Spring (May), 10 days after the Christmas Period Excellent package. Performance-related bonuses based on restaurant profitability.

Chef de Partie

Five working days. One prep day, four-day working week from Thursday to Sunday. Sunday is a shorter working day with an early finish. Excellent package.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Four working days, Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner service. Sunday lunch service, early evening finish. Annual closure: 10 days in Summer, 10 days in Spring (May), 10 days after the Christmas Period. Excellent package.

Summer Closure

Summer Closure

sō-lō is taking a summer break. Tim and the team are returning to East Allenheads in Northumberland for the season, where they’ll be leading the food operation on a beautiful private estate. Our final service at sō-lō will be August 2, and we’ll reopen for dinner on November 5. We’ll return to Aughton refreshed, inspired and ready for the pre-Christmas season. November reservations are now open, with December bookings opening very soon. We look forward to welcoming you back later this year.
