
No stranger to awards, Chef Tim Allen has an esteemed culinary pedigree
Over the course of his career, Tim has become very familiar with Michelin Stars. His most recent, his fourth, was awarded to him only this year, just seventeen months after sō-lō first first opened its doors.
Featured in all of the major food guides, for Top 50 Gastropubs and Top 100 Restaurants. He has also been a competitor on the BBC’s Great British Menu.
Sō-lō is Tim’s first solo venture. Relaxed dining, serving an inspired menu.

Opened in November 2021 sō-lō gains its first Michelin Star in March 2023.
