Current Positions

Restaurant Manager

Four working days, Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner service. Sunday lunch service, early evening finish. Annual closure: 10 days in Summer, 10 days in Spring (May), 10 days after the Christmas Period Excellent package. Performance-related bonuses based on restaurant profitability.

Chef de Partie

Five working days. One prep day, four-day working week from Thursday to Sunday. Sunday is a shorter working day with an early finish. Excellent package.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Four working days, Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner service. Sunday lunch service, early evening finish. Annual closure: 10 days in Summer, 10 days in Spring (May), 10 days after the Christmas Period. Excellent package.

Reopening Early November 2025

Refurbishment

sō-lō is now closed fpr a complete refurbishment. We will re-open at the beginning of November 2025.

All vouchers purchased from July 28th 2024, will be automatically extended by three months.
