Back in 2021, we left the south, to finally start out on our own, to create a business that was on our terms. Lancashire with its fantastic array of producers, farm to table ingredients and artisan manufacturers was our logical choice. The county has not disappointed, in fact it has been a perfect fit for us and a major factor in sõ-lõ’s success
